Min-cut atlas
For each threshold, we computed the exact minimum sensory-to-motor cut: the smallest total synapse weight whose removal disconnects every route from the sensory population to the motor population. It is found with a directed s-t min cut through a super source and super sink, so the cut value and the cut edge set below are exact computations, not estimates.
Removing the cut edges disconnects all 26,972 in-graph sensory neurons from all 2,232 in-graph motor neurons. Body IDs are neuPrint identifiers.
